- Candidates with not less than 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation or CA
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant* work experience after completion of graduation/CA.

Stage 2: Submitting Additional Personal Statement
The Stage 2 process applies to all eligible candidates who have successfully completed the registration process in Stage 1.
In keeping with the program design and vision, among other things, IIM K relies on an intense process of conversational engagement, to identify the final set of participants who are invited to join the program. As a part of the assessment, the candidate is required to submit an additional personal statement.
Personal Statement:
- Statement of Goals: The PGP-BL Program contains both an individual and a collective learning component. The Institute will be better able to comprehend the candidate’s professional goals, start a dialogue, and contribute to the design of the learning experience if it is aware of the candidates’ long- and short-term personal goals.
- Alternative Resume Essay: The information in the PGP-BL application gives a clearer picture of the candidate’s academic and professional history, achievements, self-evaluation, and program expectations. The institute provides the applicant the chance to tell the “rest of their tale” (which the traditional CV may not necessarily project) and show themselves as a whole person in this alternative resume essay.
Stage 3: Shortlist to the Personal Interaction (PI)
The candidates who made the shortlist will need to show up for a Personal Interaction. The panel assesses each candidate’s performance during the PI process based on their quality and kind of work experience, diversity, leadership skills, social sensitivity, and other factors. One of the main qualities the panel looks for in candidates is strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing, as well as the capacity for critical thought.
